Traction in the real estate sector. Total investment in the real estate sector could exceed 15 billion euros in 2022, according to Borja Ortega, CEO of BNP Paribas RE, speaking in an interview with Cinco Días.
Such a figure would be 36% higher than that registered in 2021, when operations amounting to 11 billion euros were formalized. Not only that, it would exceed the forecasts made at the beginning of the year, which placed total disbursements at 13 billion euros.
