The property developer Quality Homes, created in 2018, is continuing with its expansion plans in the Spanish capital despite Covid. To this end, the firm is finalising the launch of a new housing development in Carabanchel, in addition to the four developments that it already has underway in the area.
In total, its five projects comprise almost 50 homes, which the company expects to deliver over the next two years. 85% of those properties have already been sold. During 2021, the property developer plans to deliver two promotions and start work on the other three.
