The build to rent business seems to be raising the hopes of the sector when it comes to investment. The company Qualitas Equity has created the Q Living fund, through which it will invest 200 million euros over the next 5 years to promote a portfolio of more than 1,000 homes in the Community of Madrid, one of the most profitable markets for rentals.
The firm was one of the founding partners of the company Tectum, which is dedicated to the promotion and rental of housing, and which recently sold more than 900 public homes for rent to AXA Investment Managers Real Asset (IM).
