The Socimi Saint Croix, controlled by the Colomer family – which also owns the property developer Pryconsa – has completed the acquisition of plot number TER.02-178-A in Valdebebas. The plot is located on Calle de José Antonio Fernández Ordóñez, 55 in the Specific Planning Area APE 16.11. RP of the ‘Ciudad Aeroportuaria y Parque de Valdebebas’.
The land is a tertiary use plot, with the application of the TER2 Ordinance and is located opposite Madrid’s Adolfo Suárez airport, very close to a Mercadona supermarket. The consultancy firm Jones Lang Lasalle has intervened in the operation as a real estate advisor. The consideration paid has not been disclosed.
