On 30 July, Pryconsa acquired a 6,556 m2 plot of land very close to the Madrid Nuevo Norte development; specifically, the plot is included in the APE 08-20 “Malmea-San Roque-Tres Olivos” sector, which is mostly dedicated to residential use, although some tertiary and commercial space is also included on the ground floor. The area is pending urban development, say sources at the company.
With this plot, Pryconsa will ensure that it increases its presence in the future development of this important area of the northern part of Madrid. During the month, the real estate company also acquired a 200,000 m2 plot of land in Los Ahijones, one of the areas of development in the southeast of Madrid. Several companies already have a presence there, such as Gestilar and Vía Ágora, the latest property developer to enter the market led by the President of Asprima and APCE, Juan Antonio Gómez-Pintado.
