A few days ago, the Madrid City Council sold for a plot of land in Valdebebas for more than 22 million euros. This time, the Ministry of Defence found a buyer for some land that it had been trying to sell for some time.
Specifically, the Ministry, headed by Margarita Robles, found a buyer for six of the 15 plots of land it auctioned in the Madrid town of Alcalá de Henares. The buyer: the Madrid developer Pryconsa.
The plots are located in Colonia Ciudad del Aire, next to the Parque Los Nogales development, with a total of 16,500 square metres. The lot included plots of land with an average surface area of 2,000 m2 and a buildable area of between 4,800 and 5,000 square metres.
