Despite the fact that the residential sector has been affected by the crisis caused by Covid-19, many property developers have decided to push ahead with their residential projects regardless. As such, between April and August, work began on a total of 996 developments and 27,882 homes in Spain, according to data from the real estate big data platform Brains RE.
Of those almost one thousand projects, the ten largest comprise 1,691 homes, according to data from Brains RE.
