Several directors from Aedas Homes, Gilmar, Neinor Homes and Porcelanosa, speaking at the first online meetings organised by SIMAPro, concurred that the “post-pandemic real estate market is not going to be the same”, those were the words of Juan Bautista Ramos, Commercial Director of Large Projects at the Porcelanosa Group.
