Property developers are preparing for the before and after the stoppage caused by the coronavirus crisis. Several directors from Aedas Homes, Gilmar, Neinor Homes and Porcelanosa, speaking at the first online meetings organised by SIMAPro, concurred that the “post-pandemic real estate market is not going to be the same”, those were the words of Juan Bautista Ramos, Commercial Director of Large Projects at the Porcelanosa Group.
