The local developer PromoImsa has sold an office building located in the 22@ district of Barcelona. Specifically, it is located at Pasaje Mas de Roda 6-14. A Catalan family office acquired the property.
The property is a 4,329 square metre office building aiming to achieve LEED Platinum certification for new construction. The price of the transaction was not disclosed.
The transaction has been advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate, which previously led the leasing process of the building, which currently houses the headquarters of the flexible spaces company Spaces, part of the IWG group.
Spaces currently has four coworking spaces in the 22@ district: at Diagonal 131, Carrer Pallars 193, Torre Mapfre and Pasaje Mas de Roda. By 2021, it plans to be able to open two more spaces, one in Plaza Universidad and the other on Vía Augusta.
