Prologis Will Invest €100 Million in the Development of Two Logistics Warehouses in Spain

The company will invest 100 million euros in the development of one logistics project in San Fernando de Henares, spanning 21,000 m2, and another in Guadalajara, spanning 40,000 m2.

The logistics company Prologis is continuing to grow in the Spanish market. This year alone, it plans to increase its portfolio by 61,000 square metres. In this way, the American giant is going to invest 100 million euros in the development of two new projects located in San Fernando de Henares (Madrid) and Guadalajara.

Specifically, the San Fernando development will span an area of 21,000 m2 and the project in Guadalajara will span 40,000 m2. They are both turnkey projects, since the company plans to continue growing on demand.
