Prologis now owns 1.5 million square metres of logistics space in Spain and has consolidated its position as one of the key players in the logistics sector at a time when new additions to a booming segment are being reported on a daily basis.
Specifically, the multinational has increased its portfolio in Spain by 20% as a result of its purchase of Crossbay’s European portfolio. That operation was made public a month ago and but it is only now that the impact of the deal on its assets in Spain has been clarified.
