Prologis Now Owns 1.5 Million m2 of Logistics Space in Spain After Incorporating 26 Assets from Crossbay into its Portfolio

The multinational has revealed the impact on its Spanish portfolio of the 1.6 billion euro operation that it closed with Crossbay in Europe a month ago.

Prologis now owns 1.5 million square metres of logistics space in Spain and has consolidated its position as one of the key players in the logistics sector at a time when new additions to a booming segment are being reported on a daily basis.

Specifically, the multinational has increased its portfolio in Spain by 20% as a result of its purchase of Crossbay’s European portfolio. That operation was made public a month ago and but it is only now that the impact of the deal on its assets in Spain has been clarified.
