Private Investor Acquires El Parque Ciudad Real Shopping Centre for 17 Million Euros

The El Parque shopping centre has 20,000 square metres of gross leasable area.

A family office has acquired the El Parque shopping centre in Ciudad Real for 17 million euros. Savills Aguirre Newman brokered the transaction.

The asset has a GLA (gross lettable area) of more than 20,000 square metres. It is currently 95% occupied and has tenants such as Carrefour, Merkal, Tedi and Inside.

In 2020, investors disbursed €1.351 billion on transactions related to shopping centres and retail parks. Investment rose by 41.1% compared to 2019, as the pandemic forced some players to divest.
