The manager Principal, through its fund Principal Eurozone Durable Income Fund, has completed the acquisition of a medical centre leased to Sanitas, in the center of Valencia.
The healthcare asset spans a gross leasable area of 3,171 square meters. It is leased to Sanitas under a long-term contract indexed to inflation. The operation has been advised by Savills, CMS and EOS.
