The developer Premier España, a subsidiary of the Bassac Group specialising in residential housing, continues to make progress in its commitment to deliver homes for the 2021 financial year. Focused on the residential markets of Madrid and Barcelona, the developer has supplied a total of 267 homes in the first quarter of the year.
In addition, Premier España has obtained the licence of first occupation (LPO) for its Residencial Tayrona and Residencial La Vinyota developments. Of these deliveries, 182 have taken place in La Vinyota in Mollet del Vallés (Barcelona) and Residencial Tayrona in Rivas-Vaciamadrid (Madrid).
The second phase of Residencial La Vinyota consists of 46 homes, all of which have been delivered, with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and subsidised housing, located in Mollet del Vallés. They have parking spaces and storage rooms, as well as air conditioning and heating. The development has also obtained the Green Seal issued by the Green Building Council Spain.
