According to a note by the developer, Premier España delivered a total of 294 homes in Madrid and Barcelona during the last quarter of 2021, an increase of 31.8% y-o-y when it provided 223 units specialising in residential housing.
Of the 294 homes delivered by Premier España, 163 were in the Community of Madrid (Ordesa, Azaleas and Vienna) and 131 in Catalonia (Eixample Privilege and Pruneres Park).
In Residencial Ordesa, located in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), the developer delivered 100 multi-family homes with two to four bedrooms. In addition, Premier completed the Residencial Azaleas, located in the district of Ciudad Lineal, with 39 homes with between two and four bedrooms. The third development that the company has started to deliver in Madrid in December is the Residencial Viena, in the district of Villaverde. This complex has a total of 137 homes of between two and four bedrooms, 24 units of which are nearly ready.
