The Hong Kong investment group, Platinum Estates, led by the Indian businessman Harry Mohinani, has completed the renovation of the building located on Calle Zorrilla, 19 in Madrid. However, it is already working on returning the asset to its original use as a hotel.
The company bought the building for 15 million euros in 2015. At the time, the group’s plans were to convert it into luxury homes given the rise in demand for that type of asset.
