Global fixed-income giant Pimco has signed Deutsche Bank’s Roman Kogan as its Executive Vice-President and manager responsible for commercial real estate debt strategies in Europe, reports Property EU.
The new executive will focus on CRE’s private strategies and will oversee the transition of Allianz Real Estate into Pimco – which was announced in March. “Pimco has made significant investments in the real estate team in recent years and Roman’s knowledge and experience in this area will help us find attractive opportunities for our clients,” said Dan Ivascyn, the group’s Chief Investment Officer.
