The Socimi Persépolis Investments, which began trading on the MAB last summer with a market value of €40 million, has signed two down-payment contracts for the potential sale of four properties in Madrid that it acquired between 2015 and 2016, as reported by the firm.
Three of the buildings are dedicated to residential use and the fourth is used for tertiary-lodging purposes. The properties have a combined gross value of around €21 million. The assets are located on Calle Eraso number 5, Calle Arganzuela number 3, Calle Calatrava number 18 and Calle Ribera de Curtidores number 25. Together, they span a gross leasable area of more than 5,580 square metres.
