Perial Asset Management Buys an Office Building in the 22@ District

Perial Asset Management has acquired a 3,520 m2 building in the 22 @ district for €14.5 million, which it has pre-leased for one of its funds, SCPI PFO2.

Perial Asset Management has acquired a building spanning 3,520 square metres in the 22@ district of Barcelona, which it has pre-leased for one of its funds SCPI PFO2, in one of the first turnkey operations to be carried out in this area in recent months.

Perial has disbursed 14.5 million euros for the property, which is located on Calle Bolivia, 250. The building is being renovated by Albion Real Estate Management and will be handed over in the second quarter of 2021.
