The businessman and president of the CEV trade association in Alicante, Perfecto Palacio, has acquired the Ocaña 17 building located by the exit from the city on the old Madrid road.
The building, which has not yet been finished, was built in 2007 to house wholesale textile and footwear establishments of Asian and Maghreb origin, with the aim of moving those types of businesses out of the city centre.
