The firm led by Pedro Pérez-Llorca has hired three partners from the Dentons office in Madrid, including Jesús Varela, who had been at the helm of that firm for just over a year. He is moving together with José Ramón Vizcaíno and Julio Grill, according to Expansión.
The move, which has already been communicated internally by Dentons, has taken the firm by surprise, since Varela had only served in his role there for a year, after replacing José María Buxeda in February 2019. Along with Varela, José Ramon Vizcaíno and Julio Parrilla have also signed their transfer to Pérez-Llorca, which continues with an ambitious policy of recruitment and growth that has not been halted by the Covid-19 crisis.
