Único Hotels has concluded the sale process of the building located on Calle Claudio Coello, 67, which houses the Hotel Único Madrid. The buyer is an investor that has been advised by Aiga Advisory, a company that belongs to the A&G Group.
The transaction means that Único Hotels, which is owned by businessman Pau Guardans, will continue to operate this well-known luxury hotel in Madrid’s Salamanca district under a lease contract for a period of 20 years. The hotel chain may buy back the building at various points during the term of the contract.
