Pau Guardans has recovered his iconic Hotel Único Madrid. The Único Group has completed the repurchase of the complex, which is located in the iconic Salamanca neighbourhood.
In February of last year, the firm sold the asset to a group of investors advised by Aiga Advisory, an A&G Group company, with a 20-year lease. However, the vendor retained the option to repurchase the property, which it has taken less than a year to execute.
