At its results presentation, Patrizia AG indicated that its operating income of 100.2 million euros exceeds the lowest forecast range made for 2020. The entity expects its operating income to range between 110 and 130 million euros for the full year 2020.
During the first 9 months, the value of its assets under management also rose to 46.2 billion euros, which represents an increase of 4%.
