A major operation has been closed in the 22@ district. The German fund Patrizia has sold the McCann headquarters office building in Barcelona to the French firm Perial Asset Management. The asset, which is located at number 123 Calle Ciudad de Granada in a prime area of the Barcelona neighbourhood, shares a block with the Luxa buildings and is located opposite Parc Glòries.
McCann’s current headquarters spans an approximate surface area of 2,740 m2 and is LEED Platinum certified. The asset was acquired by Patrizia in January 2019.
