Patrizia has completed a divestment. The fund has sold a plot of land in Barcelona’s 22@ district to the Catalan family office Rentamar, owned by the Vidal family, for the development of an office building. According to Eje Prime, the operation has been closed for 40 million euros.
The land used to be owned by Colonial until Patrizia acquired it for 25 million euros in 2020. The fund will obtain a capital gain of 15 million euros from the sale, equivalent to a return of 60% in just two years.
