The transaction is being carried out through an orderly process entrusted to the consulting firm CBRE, and could amount to 150 million euros, according to El Economista. In addition to Amazon’s warehouse, the portfolio contains two other properties, specifically, two multi-tenant warehouses located in Torrejón de Ardoz, together spanning around 50,000 square metres.
The German fund, which also owns the new logistics centre that Amazon is due to open in Alcalá de Henares this autumn, has put that asset up for sale too and expects to receive more than 100 million euros for it.
