Patrizia completed transactions worth 1.035 billion euros in Spain in 2022, which is more than double the volume registered in 2021.
After a record year, Spain ranks second in terms of the group’s transaction volume accounting for 16% of the total, behind only the Dach countries combined (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), which accounted for 29%. Specifically, 80% of the transactions carried out in Spain corresponded to acquisitions.
