The investment manager Patrizia AG is closing 2020 with assets worth 1.3 billion euros in the Iberian Peninsula.
Patrizia’s logistics, office and retail portfolio in Spain has an occupancy rate of 97.5%. Specifically, its assets in the logistics sector, which has been one of the best performers during the on-going healthcare crisis, have an occupancy rate of 100%.
