Patrizia is continuing to buy offices. In its latest acquisition, the German fund has opted for an office building located at number 28 on Calle Zurbarán in Madrid, in the Chamberí district and a stone’s throw from Paseo de la Castellana. The property has been purchased from the Swiss insurer Zurich for between 15 and 20 million euros, according to El Periódico de España.
The asset spans 2,779 square metres distributed over seven floors and was remodelled in 2013. Its tenants include Las Arcadias, a nursing home company, and the Quirón Salud hospital group, which has its headquarters in the building.
