The Parque Corredor shopping centre, located in the Madrilenian town of Torrejón de Ardoz and owned by the joint venture Redevco Iberian Ventures, is finalising its reopening after a comprehensive refurbishment project to update the property.
The finishing touches have included the handover to the Inditex textile group of four stores that occupy a global surface area of more than 6,000 square meters, where the Galician company will open its Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear and Stradivarius stores, say sources at the centre. The Zara store will span around 3,800 square metres, making it one of the largest units in the shopping centre.
