Parque Corredor Hands Over Its New Stores to Inditex Ahead of Its Reopening

During the State of Emergency, more than 300 workers were involved in putting the finishing touches to the refurbished shopping centre in Torrejón de Ardoz, which gave the project a major boost.

The Parque Corredor shopping centre, located in the Madrilenian town of Torrejón de Ardoz and owned by the joint venture Redevco Iberian Ventures, is finalising its reopening after a comprehensive refurbishment project to update the property.

The finishing touches have included the handover to the Inditex textile group of four stores that occupy a global surface area of more than 6,000 square meters, where the Galician company will open its Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear and Stradivarius stores, say sources at the centre. The Zara store will span around 3,800 square metres, making it one of the largest units in the shopping centre.
