Panattoni Will Invest €190 Million in Logistics Projects in Spain and Portugal

The company plans to invest 190 million euros in the development of 12 logistics projects on the Iberian peninsula, which will span more than 200,000 square metres.

Panattoni, the developer of industrial and logistics projects, is going to invest 190 million euros in the development of 12 projects in Spain and Portugal. The group made its debut in Spain a year ago and has already invested 100 million in the development of platforms in Guadalajara, Vitoria, Zaragoza, Cádiz, Barcelona and Valencia, spanning a combined GLA of 106,000 m2.

Nevertheless, over the coming months, it plans to add another 100,000 square metres to its portfolio through projects that are currently under negotiation or in the due diligence phase. It is focusing on markets such as Getafe (Madrid), Bilbao, Barcelona and Lisbon, where it expects to invest 90 million euros.
