The promoter of industrial and logistics areas Panattoni is going to develop a new centre in Valencia. The asset will have a gross leasable area of 20,000 m² distributed across two buildings measuring 14,000 m² and 6,000 m², respectively. The two warehouses will be located on two plots spanning 22,700 m2 and 9,000 m2 each.
The site is expected to accommodate three users with 18,000 m² dedicated to warehouses and 2,000 m² to offices and mezzanine space. In addition, the site will have 11 meters of free height with the possibility for six-storey-height storage.
