Panattoni, the developer of industrial and logistics spaces, has just started work on its new turnkey logistics project on the Salinas industrial estate in Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz), which is expected to be ready by September 2021.
The company is building a platform with a gross leasable area of 9,000 square metres on a plot spanning 41,500 square metres. The logistics building will include a 6,600-square-metre warehouse and a 2,300-square-metre office complex. This is Panattoni’s first project in Andalucía.
