Panattoni has sold its Panattoni Park San Sebastián project to the Basque company Transportes Echemar, as reported by the logistics-industrial real estate developer.
The development, which is located on the Lanbarren industrial estate, in Oyarzun, in the province of Guipúzcoa, comprises an 11,000-square-metre warehouse on a 43,000-square-metre plot.
