The logistics property developer Panattoni has started work on the construction of a new logistics warehouse on the La Carpetania Industrial Estate in Madrid.
The asset will span 9,200 square meters, on a plot measuring 17,000 sqm. It will have a free height of 11 meters, with 9 loading and unloading docks for trucks, and another 12 for vans.
