Property developer Panattoni is continuing its expansion in the Iberian Peninsula. The company just announced the acquisition of a 126,000 m2 plot of land in Seville City to build the Panattoni Park Sevilla Port, located in the south of the city, in the port area.
The planned park will consist of four buildings of 32,000 m2, 21,000 m2, 14,000 m2 and 5,000 m2, respectively, designed to accommodate different users, with a total leasable area of 72,000 m2.
Panattoni plans to begin construction of the first building at risk during the first quarter of 2022. The flexible complex will allow anything from one large operator to eleven smaller ones to rent space, with modules ranging from 2,000 m2 to 9,000 m2. However, the park is designed flexibly to accommodate turnkey demands for courier/cross-docking buildings or logistics platforms with a surface area of more than 40,000 m2.
