Panattoni, the logistics-industrial real estate developer, has delivered to Alfil Logistics, a comprehensive multimodal logistics operator, the first building in its Panattoni Park Murcia I turnkey project, located on the San Andrés Industrial Estate in Alcantarilla, Murcia.
The project is made up of two buildings constructed on an area spanning more than 75,000 square metres. The first property spans a total of 22,500 square metres, of which 21,900 sqm corresponds to warehouse space and 600 sqm to offices.
