Panattoni Park Valencia Sur is the new project being developed by Panatonni Spain in the Picassent industrial area. It will comprise two newly-built logistics platforms, one of which will be modular and will span 12,916 m2 with 14 docks, whilst the other will span 5,832 m2 with 5 docks. Both will be marketed on a co-exclusive basis by BNP Paribas Real Estate and CBRE.
The platforms will incorporate latest generation technology and are intended to respond to the high demand from distribution companies and last-mile delivery firms in the south of Valencia. Both buildings will have the BREEAM certificate and a free height of 11 metres that will allow for storage of up to six storeys high. The buildings will easily be adaptable to carry out cross-docking, last mile and traditional logistics activities.
