The logistics-industrial real estate developer Panattoni has acquired 42,500 m2 of land from the public company Aragón Plataforma Logística (APL) for its third project in the Zaragoza Logistics Platform (Plaza), the company announced yesterday.
Specifically, the project will include two buildings, one of 13,750 m2 for a single tenant and another of 12,200 m2 with modules from 2,500 m2, which will offer the possibility of housing from a single activity to four different ones.
The delivery date for Panattoni’s third project in Plaza, the one with the largest gross leasable area after the previous ones of 14,000 sqm and 9,200 sqm, is scheduled for the end of 2022.
