The logistics developer Panattoni has completed the acquisition of a plot of logistics land spanning 100,000 square meters in Valencia. The land is located on the Panattoni Park Valencia II industrial estate.
Now, the company is going to construct a warehouse with a gross leasable area of 60,000 square meters on the site. Building work has already begun and is due to be completed before the end of 2022. The complex will have a dock for every 800 square meters of warehouse space, as well as parking spaces for trucks and cars. It will also have a free height of 11 meters and manoeuvring bays spanning 35 meters.
