Panattoni has acquired a 26,000 m2 plot in the Illescas Industrial Park, in Toledo, for the development of its new at-risk project, ‘Panattoni Park Illescas I”, construction of which will begin in September.
The project will have a gross leasable area of up to 20,000 m2 and will be flexible to host one or two activities spanning at least 8,500 m2 each. The asset will be a state-of-the-art logistics building with 900 m2 of offices and 25 loading docks.
