Panattoni has acquired a 50,000-m2 plot of land in Alzira (Valencia) to develop Panattoni Park Valencia II, its second logistics project in the Valencian Community, the logistics-industrial real estate developer announced. The inauguration is scheduled for the beginning of 2023.
As the company explained, the development is a construction-at-risk project that will include a warehouse with a gross rentable area of 30,000 m2. The asset will offer the possibility of housing one to four different companies, depending on demand, in 7,500-m2 modules.
In addition to the warehouse, an office building will be developed with 1,150 m2 of rentable area, again with up to four modules starting at 288 m2.
Panattoni Park Valencia II will be located south of the city of Valencia and will have access to the AP-7 and the A-7.
About 40 minutes from the capital, the building will have 40 loading and unloading bays for trucks and vans, a clear height of 11 meters and manoeuvring beaches of 32 meters.
