International investment funds are maintaining their interest in logistics in 2022, and are analysing investment opportunities in Spain and throughout Europe.
2021 was a busy year for this real estate segment, with a record investment volume. In total, 2.9 billion euros were transacted in Spain, up by 150% compared to 2020. That figure was greatly influenced by a large operation: the acquisition of the Montepino portfolio by Bankinter Investment for almost 1 billion euros.
