Palm Capital Looks to Sell One of Spain’s Largest Logistics Centres for 250 Million Euros

Palm Logistics Madrid-Gavilanes, Palm Capital’s logistics centre, has tenants such as Amazon and Mercadona, has a surface area of 115,000 m2.

The management company Palm Capital has put Palm Logistics Madrid-Gavilanes, one of the largest logistics centres in Spain, up for sale for €250 million, according to Vozpópuli.

Palm Logistics Madrid-Gavilanes houses companies such as Amazon, Decathlon and Mercadona, and is located in Getafe, 18 km from Madrid. It has a surface area of 115,000 m2.

Several funds are already interested in Palm Logistics Madrid-Gavilanes, a centre that has been launched in several phases and is divided into different plots.

One of them is leased to Decathlon and Amazon, among other companies, and has 30,000 m2 of warehouses and 2,850 m2 of offices, while Mercadona occupies another. The latter has 21,600 m2 of warehouses and more than 2,900 m2 of offices.

The Palm Logistics Madrid-Gavilanes centre has modules ranging from 5,000 m2 to customised turnkey solutions for large logistics occupiers or operators with special needs.
