Palm Capital’s logistics subsidiary, Palm Logistics, finalised the deal, leasing a total of 35,000 square metres at Los Gavilanes Business Park, Getafe. The tenants will be Arrival, the electric vehicle technology company, and MCR, a technology device wholesaler.
Arrival contracted 27,200 m2 to create a micro-factory for electric vans. Their joint venture will run for ten years, bringing all of phase 3 to occupancy before construction is completed in April 2021.
MCR leased 7,700 m2 over the next five years, which is part of the second phase of developing the completed building.
