P3 Logistic Parks is finalising the speculative development of a logistics asset spanning 26,000 square metres on the Central Iberum platform, located in Illescas (Toledo). The property investor, developer and owner of logistics real estate across Europe has announced that companies interested in moving into the warehouse will be able to enjoy early access from January.
The asset is located on the Central Iberum Platform in Illescas, one of the most important logistics hubs in the centre of the Peninsula. It spans a total surface area of 44,000 square metres, of which more than 26,000 sqm will be occupied by the logistics warehouse and its corporate offices. More than 107 parking spaces will be created in the remaining space, according to P3 Logistic Parks.
