P3 Logistic Parks, long-term owner and developer of warehouses in Europe, has awarded the management of three new warehouses in the Spanish market to CBRE. The new assets are located in Abrera (in the province of Barcelona), whose management began on 1 May, and 2 new warehouses in P3 Illescas (Toledo), which will come into operation between October and November, once their construction has been completed.
This agreement confirms P3’s trust in CBRE and its Property Management team; the two firms have been collaborating in the industrial and logistics sector since November 2017. With this contract, CBRE will end the year managing more than 500,000 square metres of P3’s portfolio in Spain.
