Oxford has started its shopping spree in Spain. Through M7 Real Estate, its pan-European real estate investment and management company, Oxford Properties Group (“Oxford”), an international investor and developer group based in Canada, has acquired seven logistics assets in Spain, in three separate operations.
According to Oxford, it has acquired a GLA of 90,000 square meters in total, during the second and third quarters of this year. The latest additions to its logistics portfolio are located in first-rate logistics centres in Barcelona, Bilbao and Tarragona, and are well connected to the Spanish and European logistics corridors.
