The Orpea group is planning to build a nursing home for the elderly in Algeciras, in which it plans to invest around 10.1 million euros. The complex will have capacity for 155 people and 132 rooms.
The subsidiary Atirual Inmobiliaria, which shares its headquarters in Madrid with the company, has already presented the plans to Cádiz town council to request the building permit, according to Europa Sur.
